Hi Everyone!
As we usher in the new year, we wanted to share updates on activities in Vedulapalli, both at the clinic and beyond. As part of our budding youth program at the local school, we are organizing and sponsoring multiple interest groups (ex. culture, technology, community service). With the help of our volunteer coordinator, Mr. Gurjala Srinivasa Rao, the school's most recent events have seen strong student enthusiasm and participation.
Clinic operation continues to go smoothly. The Lions Club has generously donated 8,800 rupees for a menstrual pad incinerator.

In November, there was a girls' essay writing competition with 11 participants.

Additionally, many students participated in the AP State School Games Federation Athletics.
Bramha Sri, who is in eighth grade, recently won many prizes in athletic competitions.
She won:
1) the gold medal in the 3,000-meter running race
2) bronze medal in a 4,000-meter running race
3) 2nd place in a 3,000 metres running race
4) first in the 60-meter, 600-meter running race, and the long jump.
Bramha Sri participated in the national games held at Lucknow.
A message from Mr. Gurjala Srinivasa Rao regarding increased student participation in athletics:
"Though they are all very poor students, they are progressing [very well] in athletics under the supervision of Srimathi Naaga Maaruthi, the physical director of the school."

In 2026, we plan to build our youth program and successfully run our annual two-day medical camp. As always, thanks to our donors for their support. We hope that 2026 will be just as impactful a year as 2025 was!
Divya and Isha, on behalf of the board
